GoldRx is JWDillon’s proprietary MTM Outcome analysis engine, available as both a message-based SaaS service as well as a batch process. The SaaS-based service provides instant outcome analysis based on a patient’s demographic information and medication history. The batch process can analyze the entire patient population, reporting on the overall success rates for each MTM recommendation type. Not only will the GoldRx product report success rates for adding, removing, reducing or replacing medications, but will also provide the all-important PDC (Proportion of Days Covered) ratio for each patient as well as the overall patient population.

ePrescribing Directory Services
Industry Need
ePrescribing clients require a daily directory of their active ePrecribing counterparts. Currently the required SureScripts(R) e-prescribing directory is only available in a single text file. Vendors need a directory solutionmolded to their technology, not vice-versa.

PrescriberDirect features a tailored ePrescribing directory, in the vendor's preferred format, delivered via the client's preferred transport protocol.
PrescriberDirect offers flexibility. PrescriberDirect will download the customer-specific directory, match the data to the vendor’s internal data and convert the information as needed. Using their preferred transport, a vendor can then either pull or request directory information that contains their proprietary information in their preferred format. Vendors can also have their individual customers make the same request.

ePrescribing
JWDillon was founded in 2006 by Ryan Brown, former chief architect of SureScripts. Ryan was integral in the design and development of the current SureScripts directory service, helped write the Implementation Guide, and worked with his team to cement the Directories Certification Process necessary for GoldRx and PlatinumRx certification. No other company can claim such expertise. JWDillon is in a unique position within the e-prescribing industry, having been intimately involved in the design and construction of the network itself. There is no better provider of insight and knowledge of the e-prescribing process, as well as the directories and certification therein.
Medication Therapy Management
JWDillon is also integral in the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) industry, having provided consulting services for the nascent product suite developed by the University of Arizona. This product suite grew to become SinfoniaRx, now Tabula Rasa HealthCare. JWDillon built the reporting suite for SinfoniaRx, automating the production of all weekly, monthly and annual customer reports. JWDillon also designed and built the Outcome analysis engine and SaaS service that helped raise Sinfonia to become the largest MTM service provider in the country.
